Settlers Ridge Care Center offers short term rehabilitation care after a surgery or traumatic medical experience. We offer the additional skilled care you may need after hip or knee replacement or more serious conditions such as a stroke or heart attack. Our community is committed to empowering each resident, through individualized programs, to reach goals of increased independence. We provide as much autonomy as possible within an environment that nurtures and supports. Our specialized staff offers physical, speech, and occupational therapies, wound, IV care, and much more.
Our physicians include a physiatrist who specializes in physical medicine and rehabilitation, Internists that specialize in geriatrics, a geriatric psychiatrist, psychologist, and a consulting cardiologist and radiologist. These physicians along with our nursing staff are dedicated to giving you 24 hour care.
