Carl, responsible for any repairs or room decorations, has helped me make moms room look more like home. He is awesome! Honestly anyone I have talked to in office staff has been helpful. I feel my mom is getting good care, nursing staff is caring, the facility is clean and I really like the people she is living with. There are 2 bunnies in the court yard, everyone has a picture and name up for display and there is even a touch/activity wall. I would highly recommend this facility.”

“I placed my wife back in July of this year (2023). When you look at care centers (and I looked at quite a few) you really never know what you’re getting into. I must say, very happy with Settlers Ridge. Caring Admin Staff, and alert nursing and aid staff. I visit my wife everyday, and it feels a little like home there. I feel very accepted not only by the staff, but also by the other residents. I can honestly say that Settlers Ridge is the place for my wife to get the care she needs. Everyday when I leave her there, I know she’s looked after. I’m so happy that she’s there.

“This is an amazing place if you are looking to put a loved one in… my mom has worked here for a few years and I instantly fell in love with every resident. The staff is so good to the residents and all around good people! I volunteered here during the summer, and I had a blast! My grandma was also there and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the staff and how well she was taken care of!”

“There is no harder task than finding the right place for your loved one. I was reluctant due to a few low reviews. So I arrived unexpected for a visit. I was fortunate enough to talk to a few family member. Leaving with my concerns and questions answered. My dad was transported to Settlers Ridge from the hospital for physical therapy. From the moment we arrived, the staff made him comfortable and the family at ease. I have to say the PT team is second to none. All administrative staff, nurses, tech, housekeeping, PT team, Kitchen team are great. They each have a concerning heart for my dad’s recovery. The only thing I see is short staffing which may be beyond their control. Also my dad’s not to fond of the food. It’s not uncommon to see administration on the floor working with the daily teams which I like to see. I would highly
recommend Settlers Ridge or take the time to make a visit.”
